REMANUFACTURED HOT AIR LEVELERS
FOR SALE
Every
hot air leveler remanufactured by UniDyn goes through a rigorous process to
assure that it is as close to a new machine as possible.
It is virtually impossible to tell a UniDyn remanufactured Hot Air
Leveler from a new machine. Very similar to restoring a fine vintage
automobile, the process involves a complete frame-off restoration.
Each machine undergoes the following process:

Completely
disassembled down to the bare frame;

The
frame, sheet metal, tank and all metal components are sent out for
chemical stripping to remove any contamination.
Powdercoated parts are stripped to bare metal, then re-powder
coated. Stainless steel
parts are completely cleaned;

Every
single component is inspected and rebuilt or replaced when necessary.
If any component is defective and cannot be rebuilt as new, it is
replaced with a new part.

The
remanufactured machine is subjected to one week of testing prior to
shipment.

Hot Air Leveler remanufactured by UniDyn is subjected to rigorous inspection
and testing. Once completed, it
is difficult to distinguish between remanufactured and new
machines.
